We are looking for a meticulous individual with strong numerical skills to join a reputable commodity trading firm as a Trade Finance Executive/Manager. The ideal candidate should be well conversant in trade finance instruments and UCP600.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review trade contracts and ensure full compliance with trade finance documentation
  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LC)
  • Manage daily trade transactions, including both receivables and payables
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Treasury teams to ensure accurate trade information and maintain up-to-date records for month-end closing
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with banks and counterparties
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Trade Finance market and instruments
  • Knowledge of UCP600
