  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to the head of planning, the Demand Planner creates accurate sales forecasts and improves planning processes for the responsible countries, while supporting teams in using the right tools. This role also works with regional and global teams to ensure smooth operations and better supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning for SEA countries, ensuring accurate forecasts and supporting business growth
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning to improve forecast accuracy and address supply constraints
  • Monitor sales trends, analyse variances, and recommend actions to improve demand planning
  • Oversee the implementation of global planning processes, ensuring system adoption and data accuracy
  • Train and support business users, troubleshoot system issues, and drive process improvements
  • Act as the key contact for regional teams to ensure smooth operations and best practice adoption

Key requirements

  • Min 3 years of demand planning experiences for consumer packaged goods or FMCG
  • Experienced in forecasting software, eg SAP, Kinaxis
  • Excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Fit for business trips as and when required
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR
