Main Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and business operations to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
- Assist in process optimization, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Support the implementation of financial strategies, systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for client engagements.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and financial regulations.
- Other duty assigned by the manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, financial consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
