Software Engineer (Technical Product Manager)
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Oversee the product lifecycle to ensure seamless execution within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
· Leverage a strong engineering background to drive product development while collaborating with both engineering and business teams.
· Work closely with engineering teams to define, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
· Update and enhance existing software capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement.
· Develop and oversee software testing and validation procedures to maintain quality and reliability.
· Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and developers to align the product vision and strategy.
· Manage technical project execution, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
· Collaborate with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems while defining performance requirements and technical specifications.
· Support product positioning and market demand analysis, guiding the development of innovative product features.
· Assess product functionalities and performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
· Provide leadership, strategic communication, and problem-solving expertise to drive project success.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of working experience.
· Product Development/Engineering background with hands-on Full Stack experience.
· Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering principles.
· Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
· Good interpersonal, communication, organization, analytical, programming, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills.
No. of Positions: 2 (Two)
Salary Range: SGD 100000 – 13000 monthly
