With multiple outlets and plans for continued expansion, we are looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and build strong customer and business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, upselling, and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities including corporate partnerships, group bookings, and retail sales.
Analyse sales performance metrics and generate reports to guide business decisions. - Business Development
Explore and secure partnerships with lifestyle brands, beauty product suppliers, wellness businesses, and corporate clients.
Lead initiatives to increase footfall and customer loyalty across all parlour locations.
Identify and evaluate new market segments and geographical expansion opportunities. - Marketing & Promotions
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and launch promotional campaigns, loyalty programmes, and seasonal offers.
Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility through events, influencer collaborations, and social media engagement. - Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
Gather client feedback and improve service offerings based on market demand. - Operational Collaboration
Collaborate with store managers to ensure alignment between business development plans and outlet-level execution.
Provide sales training and support to front-of-house staff to drive performance and service excellence.
