Our services include part-time maid services, ad hoc home cleaning, office cleaning and commercial facilities services, aircon servicing, home mani/pedis, deep cleaning, and more. The Position: We’re looking for a Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Contacting cleaning and building maintenance services from a list of MCSTs and property management companies
- Arranging in-person meetings with prospective partners to inform them of our services and USPs
- Pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
- Assist the operations team in the specifications for cleaning tendering projects
- Create quotations for prospective clients and handle bargaining
- Conduct market research to identify new markets segments and customer needs
- Prepare or modify sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue from your deployed teams, and client invoices.
- Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Attend tender presentations and interviews for existing and new clients
Requirements:
- Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will be preferred, because we have some clients who do not speak English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
- Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. One day of WFH per week. These can be saved up to take a longer time of WFH.
- Salary: SGD 2,900 – SGD 3,400 + Commission
- Excellent candidates are: insurance sales agents, business development agents, any kind of claims or assistance sales agents.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
