We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on B2B marketing and driving sales for our annual membership offerings.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our annual memberships to local businesses and organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that increase membership sign-ups and foster strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales Outreach:

Identify and target local businesses and organizations to promote our membership offerings. Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish connections and present membership benefits.

Sales Strategy Development:

Assist in creating effective sales strategies to drive annual membership sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to businesses.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their wellness goals.

Presentation and Demonstration:

Conduct presentations and facility tours for potential business clients to showcase the value of our memberships and wellness programs.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor sales metrics and report on progress toward sales targets.

Customer Feedback:

Gather feedback from corporate clients and members to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments. Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with a tiered remuneration structure based on sales performance. Opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on achieving membership sales targets.
