What You Do
- Assist with programme management of the Future Smart and Leadership Team, including:
- Track programme enrolment and ensure maximising of seats.
- Prepare for daily programmes by meeting the trainers, checking and updating attendance, communicating evaluations and other daily routines across our 8 Future Smart pillars.
- Administer signature leadership sessions and its accompanying follow up actions.
- Respond to learner queries.
- Match coaches to coachees and manage coachee engagement to programme.
- Assist with data reporting, evaluation reporting and other Campus on Cloud reporting.
- Any other tasks required by the team to support learning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
