You'll work closely with stakeholders to organise and deliver impactful learning solutions that meet the bank's business needs. Your ability to think outside the box, navigate complexity, and drive results will be key to your success.

What You Do

  • Assist with programme management of the Future Smart and Leadership Team, including:
  • Track programme enrolment and ensure maximising of seats.
  • Prepare for daily programmes by meeting the trainers, checking and updating attendance, communicating evaluations and other daily routines across our 8 Future Smart pillars.
  • Administer signature leadership sessions and its accompanying follow up actions.
  • Respond to learner queries.
  • Match coaches to coachees and manage coachee engagement to programme.
  • Assist with data reporting, evaluation reporting and other Campus on Cloud reporting.
  • Any other tasks required by the team to support learning.
