As an EB Mid-Market professional, you'll be responsible for supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) in day-to-day operational tasks, customer servicing, and credit analysis. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as credit analysis, business development, marketing, and client engagement.

How You Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work effectively with customers, RMs, and other stakeholders. You'll need to be detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting RMs in day-to-day operational tasks and customer servicing
  • Obtaining customer documentation to facilitate credit reviews and updates
  • Collating and analysing customers' information to conduct review and marketing-related activities
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned
