- 8-12 years of experience in related industry sales and/or business development
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in offshore and marine industries with a strong network amongst operational and procurement decision makers
- Strong sales and business development acumen with a track record of achieving targets
- Experience in partner management, contract negotiations, and market expansion
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
