Customer Service Consultant
Company required someone to be responsible for Sales of one of company major product Tibetan Relics. The person will also require to advice on customers to find suitable Relics to cater to their needs and provide after sales follow up
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Manage inquiries and provide expert guidance via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Deliver comprehensive solutions while adhering to company policies and protocols.
- Many of the company clients are business owners and ability to handle business owners is required
- Product Knowledge:
- Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of an extensive range of products and services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously update expertise through rigorous training.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, utilizing advanced CRM systems.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to enhance service processes.
- Collaborate with management to refine policies and procedures based on analytical insights.
- Team Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-pressure customer service environment with a track record of managing Fengshui or Fortune Telling products. Some knowledge of Tibetan Relics is advantages
Skills:
- Confident and extensive experience in dealing with business owners or decision makers in business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with good product knowledge
- Proven ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
- Knowledge of FengShui and some basic knowledge of relics or fortune telling is required
- Must be independent and pro active in providing solutions to clients
