We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Asset Lead to spearhead our digital asset initiatives within the global markets division. This role involves helping to develop and execute a comprehensive digital asset strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market trends. The successful candidate will keep abreast development and trends in the digital assets space, engage industry partners and internal stakeholders to deliver Digital Assets implementations.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Keep abreast of industry, technological and regulatory development in Digital Assets to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership in Digital Assets to Global Markets Division and participating in speaking engagements on Digital Assets.
  • Drive Digital Assets development through communication of ideas, concepts and strategies to management, and other internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and build digital asset capabilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and technology partners.

Job Qualifications

Requirements :

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial markets
  • Has a proven track record of thought leadership in Digital Assets.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills are essential.
