- Internship Programme Management: support the development of polytechnic structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required
- End-to-end polytechnic internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management
- Campus Engagement: help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns
- Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
- Projects: contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
- Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned
