We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to be part of our Sales & Marketing Team. You will be instrumental in helping the sales team drive revenue and foster strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients. You will be tasked to work together with our sales team to coordinate events, prepare and issue business proposals and contracts, facilitate bookings for meeting and event venues and foster smooth communication between internal teams and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely production of reports, aiming for full automation or minimal manual intervention where possible.
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as needed.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to help achieve overall sales targets for the hotel.
  • Distribute sales leads promptly for timely responses from the team.
  • Manage the main sales hotline and respond to incoming calls and email in line with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to coordinate and execute all events
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Be proficient in using the Sales systems, maintain the database according to PDPA guidelines.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct site inspections and tours for potential clients to showcase our facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including requisition management, claims and stock control of sales collaterals
  • Participate in direct marketing activities and support the preparation of new products and services as directed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions as and when required
  • Coordinate with other departments on sales-related matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting officer or supervisor.

Requirement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Education and/or experience in Hospitality is a plus
