We are looking for a RETAIL EXECUTIVE who will go the extra mile to make sure customers get a ‘total experience’ they will not forget.

Our next hire would ideally be a positive salesperson who has hands-on and organizational skills, who has the ambition to grow with Heveya and has the passion to care for the environment and the community which aligns with Heveya's core values.

How you will contribute:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, both in-store and via digital platforms, providing friendly and professional assistance.
  • Educate customers on the unique benefits and transparent concept of Heveya mattresses, explaining product features, materials, and health advantages.
  • Manage after-sales inquiries, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries, ensuring smooth communication between the customer, delivery team, and relevant departments.
  • Complete any necessary after-sales administrative tasks, including order processing, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Outlets at all times, ensuring that the store is well-presented and aligns with brand standards.
  • Regularly inspect the Outlets for cleanliness and safety, making sure all products and displays are in optimal condition.
  • Assist in managing and tracking inventory levels in the Outlets, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and communicate any product shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
  • Promote the Heveya brand ethos by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and representing the company with integrity and professionalism.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and providing tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks and scheduling efficiently.
  • Proficiency with basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, POS systems, and email).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ERP-CRM systems and E-Commerce platforms is a plus
  • Able to commit Saturday and Sunday
