1. Assist in financial rolling forecast data collection and analysis, participate in budget adjustment processes, learn corporate financial strategy framework
2. Support management reporting data consolidation and preliminary analysis, maintain business progress tracking templates, assist in dashboard development
3. Participate in basic business financial analysis projects, learn financial modeling methodologies, support KPI data verification and variance annotation
4. Facilitate cross-departmental meeting preparation and documentation, develop business acumen through finance-business collaboration projects
5. Engage in business communication under mentorship, learn requirement analysis and solution feedback skills, support project implementationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree (2024/2025 graduates preferred) in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
Proficient in Excel functions & PivotTable, Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus
Business curiosity with research interest in wealth management
Fluent bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English) for cross-functional collaboration
