  • Quarterly Beaute Research analysis on market trends/evolution and Gap-to-leadership
  • Monthly Sellout Report analysis and tracking for all TR APAC markets
  • Preparation of the Yearly Travel Exclusive (TREX) Roadmap
Go To Market Seminar Preparation (20%)
  • Coordinate with Category Manager and assist with the preparation of Go-To-Market presentations, booklets and assortment analysis review (in/out strategy)
  • Facilitate the Go To Market Seminar particularly on the planning, organization & coordination
Launch Preparation (10%)
  • To support Category Managers with 360 Launch Event Pack preparation, including coordination with other functional marketing teams and dissemination to all TR APAC markets
  • To build Post Launch Report alongside with Category Managers and identify key areas of improvement for 3-star launches across all axis
Competition Study (5%)
  • Timely competitor study: Build monthly presentation deck to share competitor launches and interesting innovations to support Category managers in Novelty launch development
  • Deep dive in Chinese markets/trends on social media (Little Red Bok, Douyin, Tiktok) to identify key beauty trends
Support for Preparations on Key Meetings & other adhoc tasks (5%)
  • Prepare and support with Data and Performance Analysis for Retailer meetings
  • Operational support and coordination for key meetings (i.e Gifting, Organization etc)
  • Weekly Marketing Newsletter preparation
  • Weekly DiorINFO downloads
  • Weekly Product Order support & coordination across TR APAC Regional Marketing Team
QualificationsWHO YOU ARE
  • Able to commit at least 6 months (Jul 25 to Dec 25)
  • University student or fresh graduate who wish to get in-depth knowledge in marketing with the exposure of a leading luxury beauty Brand – the House of Dior
  • Previous experience in the perfume / beauty / luxury industries
  • Team-spirited with an international outlook, enthusiastic about and sensitive to luxury cosmetics, organised, autonomous with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills
  • Competent on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Mandarin (esp. reading) is an advantage
  • You are attracted by the perfumes and cosmetics world
  • You are a highly motivated and fast learner, who pays strong attention to details
  • You enjoy teamwork and have positive attitude with good project management skills
  • You are digitally savvy, organized, open-minded, agile, energetic, desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
