Job Scope

  • Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
  • Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
  • Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  • Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
  • Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
  • Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
  • Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.

Requirement

  • GCE N Level and above
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experiences in similar role
