
Regional Assistant Sales Manager (FMCG / B2B / Brand Collaboration)

Job Scope
- Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting functions.
- Help build and maintain sales pipelines, assisting the team with gap analyses and brand/category evaluations.
- Provide administrative support for sales presentations, reporting, and client outreach.
- Support the management of client relationships, ensuring that Licensors’ policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in creating business management calendars and coordinating marketing and brand-building initiatives.
- Help prepare reports and communications for Business Unit Heads (BUH) on client activities and performance.
- Assist in conducting regular business reviews with licensees, tracking product development and distribution progress.
- Support the marketing team in ensuring effective retail visibility and product placement for licensed products.
- Help the Finance team monitor licensee payments and ensure timely submission of royalty reports.
Requirement
- Degree in Business Management equivalent and above
- 3 - 5 years related sales experience with business development background
- Experience in role related brand management responsibilities is a plus
