  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing as per ISO guidelines.
  • Sourcing suppliers and purchase electrical equipment, spare parts, and other electronic components.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive stockpiling and conduct stock take.

Job Requirements:

  • To possess minimally a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and practices, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Possess electrical knowledge, experience in dealing with freight forwarders and coming from marine & offshore industry will be an added advantage.
