Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Wealth Managers, assisting in portfolio management, client relations, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to initial client inquiries and provide timely support.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist Wealth Managers in financial planning and portfolio reviews.
- Conduct market and product research to support investment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Contribute to sales and business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum academic qualifications in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Positive mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
