Job Description
- Assist the EHS Manager/Project Head (HOD) in the coordination, supervision, and monitoring of progress for on-going projects.
- Ensure project quality of highest standards by meeting client's expectations while satisfying relevant authority and regulatory compliances.
- Plan and manage all details of projects from inception to completion.
- Manage and supervise the project budget for all assigned projects; Monitor and control project’s costs by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns.
- Ensure projects comply with safety policies, rules, and regulations.
- Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Plan, forecast and track sub-contractors work progress, provide weekly schedules, and conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project timelines are met by sub-contractors.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentations.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by EHS Manager/Project Head (HOD).
- Preferably Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience and knowledge in steelwork, metalwork fabrication and erection will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Site Manager position.
