- Manage office supplies and issue stationery to staff
- Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting, photocopying and shredding documents
- Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the office storeroom and immediate work area
- Count and pack resources for distribution to staff and students
- Coordinate deliveries e.g. direct deliveries to designated venues, contact staff in-charge to collect deliveries etc.
- Cover the General Office counter in the absence of the Receptionist and when additional support is required during recess and dismissal time
- Track and replenish first-aid items in Special Rooms
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Preferably at least 3 years experience in working in a primary school as Office Assistant
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
