  • Manage office supplies and issue stationery to staff
  • Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting, photocopying and shredding documents
  • Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the office storeroom and immediate work area
  • Count and pack resources for distribution to staff and students

Requirement:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good team player
  • Good organisation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Preferably at least 3 years experience in working in a primary school as Office Assistant
Duration /Working hours:1 year contract 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
