  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for delivering comprehensive customer service and managing all aspects of the Seafreight export operations.The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with the top player in the freight forwarding industry to hire a Shipping Executive (Sea Freight Export). The incumbent in this position is responsible for delivering comprehensive customer service and managing all aspects of export and import operations.
  • Permanent position with hybrid working arrangement
  • Good career progression
  • Location: Kallang (transportation provided at Woodlands, Jurong East and Bishan)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
  • Salary: up to $4000 (VB + Flexi benefit)
The Job:
  • Coordinate bookings with both FCL and LCL carriers.
Organize the consolidation container to maximize loading efficiency. * Generating freight booking and forwarding documents (BL).
  • Ensuring all the security arrangements, and forwarding documents are complete and accurate through verification.
  • Manage and oversee the Permit Declaration activity in collaboration with the permit declaration vendor.
Verify the accuracy of shipment costs and invoices.The Talent:
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in sea freight operations
  • Proficiency in Customs Clearance Operations.
