- Stay updated on the latest automotive technical advancements, industry best practices and service procedures for Porsche vehicles
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, particularly with a luxury car brand, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering a best-in class customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, Can-Do attitude, and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
