- Understand and manage the industrial relations environment impacting the site and report any issues as required.
- Works with engineering in the design phases to influence the design for optimum constructability.
- Relevant technical qualification.
- Relevant WSH certification in managing construction work.
- Appropriate level of field construction experience, typically gained through a minimum of 5 years experience in relevant industry.
- Experience in projects and maintenance works in healthcare, cleanroom, pharmaceutical industries.
- Knowledge and experience in cGMP and CQV process.
- Well organized, observant, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Display both good judgement and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work with timelines/targets.
- Ability to be assertive and drive culture change when required.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, communication and team building skills.
