- To develop customized technology license packages, including engineering services and catalysts supply, for licensees constructing production plants using the company technologies.
- To build and maintain long-term relationships with industry partners (licensees, engineering partners, vendors) to enhance company’s business on a global scale
- To collect, monitor, analyze and share competitive intelligence to gain competitive advantage for the company.
- To represent company in industry associations, conferences, trade shows, customers events etc. through presenting technical and/or industry-relevant topics and networking
- To collaborate with other business units including Catalysts, Engineering, Intellectual Property and Global Intermediates Technology to present company’s package offerings to the licensees
- To negotiate technology license contracts (TLCs) and ancillary agreements required to conclude licensing deals. Negotiations involve both technical and commercial aspects (e.g. license fee).
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or other related field.
- Experience in engineering service, preferably in petrochemical or chemical plants
- Experience in technical marketing and sales; advanced negotiation skills preferred
