- Assist and lead the enterprise architecture strategy, that facilitates the development and implementation of application systems that operates across on premise, government cloud (GCC) and SaaS • Appreciate and augment enterprise applications system architectures to meet business requirements and streamline governance, policy implementations • Guide project teams and co-develop system technical architecture that leverage on latest best of breeds tech stack solutions ranging from open web frameworks to iPaaS solutions • Assist in the migration of on-premise applications to government cloud environments • Provide technical advice to applications and end user teams for onboarding of COTS or equivalent solutions onto JTC environments, which involves system/API/connector-based integration
- Possesses relevant qualifications in Computer Science, software engineering or related field • Possesses a minimum of 5 years' working experience with network administration in hardware, software and 2 or more cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS • Possesses extensive knowledge of application systems architecture (WAF, Load balancer compute and databases etc), operating systems, system security, database management and web platforms. • Possesses above average awareness of business operations and ability to adopt a wide variety of software solutions such as Content Management, Document Management and Microsoft / Azure cloud front/back-office solutions • Possesses strong Project Management and teamwork skills with excellent communications with ability to explain technical information in layman terms • Has a positive mindset and provide superb customer service • Possesses problem solving skills and ability to multitask • Ability to lead technical architect teams and manage cross team projects with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, is a plus
