We are looking for an Order Processing (Pivot Table, Vlookup) to join their business!We are seeking a candidate who possess strong coordination skills, to effectively liaise between customers and our warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely transport of spare parts orders from our warehouse to our customers.
  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: West region, Penjuru office (Transport provided at Admiralty, Jurong East)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary: up to $4400 basic + AWS + VB
The Job
  • Responsible for receiving of customers' order for spare parts using Vendor Information Parts system called "VIPS"
  • Handle different types of orders such as replenishment orders, sales/campaign orders, urgent order and Vehicle Off-Road orders from customers.
  • Work with warehouse operation team to dispatch the parts and provide information to customers on the ETA and shipping arrangement information
  • Liaised with the warehouse operation team to expedite customers' order
  • Acquisition of information on temporary demand such as sales/service campaign parts
  • Coordinate closely with Warehouse operation team to ensure smooth parts pick pack production
  • Process transport arrangement for customer order with the warehouse operation team
  • Work closely with the procurement department and request urgent delivery from the supplier and cooperation from the warehouse operation department
  • Generate reports and coordinate of invoice accordingly
