
E&I Technician (E&I Maintenance Exp/GMP/PLC/SCADA)
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, instrumentation, and control equipment.
- Quickly diagnose and repair electrical and instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the optimal performance of critical systems, including HVAC, temperature controls, flow meters, pressure sensors, and PLC/SCADA systems.
- Conduct routine calibration of instruments to meet GMP and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Verify the performance and integration of systems with manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols during work activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP, HSE, and company-specific guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide technical support to production and engineering teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Recommend system improvements to enhance reliability and energy efficiency.
- Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and critical failures to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, ideally within the pharmaceutical or similar industries.
