  • Hybrid working model
  • Working hours: Monday- Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
  • Salary: up to $8,500(AWS + VB)
The Job:
  • Act as the main contact for clients, proactively managing relationships and maintaining clear, documented communication.
  • Analyze client data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making while assessing needs and recommending solutions using platform features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including experts, technical, product, and software teams, to resolve client issues, develop new features, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage fleet monitoring activities, including baseline creation, benchmarking, and performance analysis. Support customers in defining relevant KPIs.
The Talent:
  • At least 8 years of experience in shipping and data analytics, with excellent communication skills to present findings effectively
  • Proficient in fleet performance analysis, marine engineering, and naval architecture; offshore support vessel experience is a plus
