  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

  • Spearhead cost estimation for bids and coordinate with the various vendors as well as construction sub-contractors and assist to achieve the best price for works & materials.
  • Collate techno-commercial information from all disciplines including process / mechanical / structural / piping, E&I etc.
  • Assist in preparing relevant documents for bid price approval from Senior Management.
  • Interact with a project engineers and discipline managers based on the project requirements. Prepare and maintain cost database for multiple disciplines.
  • Participate in risk analysis and estimate the cost for each risk category for various bids & projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Cost Reports of various projects and update forecast cost & actual progress.
  • Keep data and records for various projects its estimated cost, actual cost, vendor & construction cost etc, for further analysis and inhouse estimates.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Group Manager such as Project Planning & scheduling assistance etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business, Accountancy or Construction or equivalent
  • Prior internship would be an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
