The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of 1 store operations, from managing staff and inventory to ensuring high food safety standards and outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a passion for food and hospitality.
1. Daily Store Operations
- Supervise the store’s daily activities, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and smooth operations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and ensure service excellence.
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of crew members.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower based on peak hours.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver consistent quality and service.
3. Food Preparation & Quality Control
- Ensure food preparation meets company standards for quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Monitor food safety compliance, including SFA standards and internal SOPs.
- Work with central kitchen or suppliers to ensure consistent ingredient supply.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage store inventory and place orders when needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage wastage.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
5. Sales & Reporting
- Monitor daily sales and report performance to HQ.
- Implement promotions and track effectiveness.
- Maintain petty cash records and manage store-level expenses.
6. Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Execute in-store marketing activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming environment.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve the brand.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in quick-service or healthy food concepts.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about healthy eating and customer service.
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices and store operations.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic reporting tools.
- Able to work on weekends, shifts, and public holidays.
