- Liaise with customer service, quality control and production department on shipping arrangement, e.g., quantities to be shipped, packing and shipping details.
- RFQ for monthly freight rates from at least 3 forwarders, and award business to competitive offers on specific routes.
- Arrange booking of shipment with freight forwarders and co-ordination of outbound containers with production & warehouse.
- Prepare all the export shipping documents, i.e., Invoice, Packing List, Insurance Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Form D, Certificate of Analysis etc. and ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks.

- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure all shipments ETD and ETA are in-line with customers’ requirement.
- Make decisions on container load, i.e., full load or LCL shipment to minimize freight costs and work closely with production department
- Dispatch export shipping documents to customers and to ensure that customers receive the document on time for clearance
- Responsible for customer invoicing generation and co-ordination between Customer Service department and Accounts department.
- Provide monthly report on total shipped volume and cost incurred with details by country

- At least a university degree/Diploma with at least 2~3 years experiences in logistic function in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to meet demanding customers requirement at times and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail
- Experience in using an ERP system will be advantageous.
- Understands supply chain management and similar with financial and shipping terms.
- Resourceful and strive for continuous improvement
- Able to work independently and able to cope well under stress are important attributes
- Must have a knowledge of national and international import/export legislation and must be able to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise in international freight transportation
