- Support in integrated PR campaign planning to bring creative and impactful ideas that are customized for each brand and market.
- Media and Influencer Marketing - Liaise with media in Singapore and engage influencers for both organic and paid partnerships with the support of agencies. Maintain and update media lists and influencer communities for brands and markets.
- Content development and Copywriting - Edit and occasionally draft a range of content such as press releases, social media copy, media invitations etc.
- Events management – Support to brainstorm and organize events in conjunction with product/brand/collection launches. Provide media outreach support and coordinate logistics with external vendors and agencies.
- Monitoring and reporting – Media monitoring and analysis of competitor, industry, and cultural news for internal sharing. Review and compile monthly reports from agencies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders based in Singapore and overseas to facilitate the review and approval of projects and initiatives.
- Ad-hoc administrative support – Budget and expense tracking, managing samples inventory, shipping of products etc.
- Tertiary or Graduate student pursuing a degree in any of the following fields: Communications, Business, Public Relations, Digital Media, Media Studies, Journalism, Social Science, or other relevant courses. Graduating Diploma students may also be considered depending on experience.
- Has keen interest in the fashion/luxury/lifestyle industry, stays updated on fashion media and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- Possesses a global mindset and culturally sensitive to be able to communicate and collaborate with teams across markets.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and proactive in anticipating challenges
- Familiar with and active on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X etc.), always looking out for trends and is up-to-date with key influencers and content creators in the market.
- Experience working or interning in PR/marketing/media and journalism is a bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), and basic knowledge of using Adobe Suite and design applications is an advantage.
- Be able to commit to a 6-month FULL TIME internship from July - December 2025
