
(Tech) Business Development Manager (CRM and Loyalty Program) #IAC
Experience in B2B or B2C CRM, Loyalty and Rewards program is required
This is a regional role and hence occasional travel in the region will be required
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to spearhead the following activities
- Prospecting – manage end to end prospecting process
- Pitching – lead and manage proposal, pitches, and RFPs together with extended team
- Managing – Develop and manage a team of BD executives, processes, and pipeline
- Performing - manage targets, KPIs and reporting
- Knowledge and experience in
- CRM and Loyalty Programs
- B2B Sales Management
- Regional markets
Requirements:
- You have minimum 5 years of B2B Enterprise sales experience
- You are graduate from university with major in Business/Marketing
You have demonstrated skills in:
- Selling CRM/Loyalty Technology Solutions and Marketing Services
- Sales Communication and Sales Presentations
- Sales Management experience from Funnel development to Deal closure
- Sales experience in multiple industries including Technology/ Manufacturing/ FMCG/ Pharma/Industrial Automation
- You have prior experience in marketing agencies, digital agencies, or technology solutions company in a regional role.
- You have a successful track record of developing customer relationships and closing deals
