  • Sales & Customer Engagement - Plan and conduct customer meetings to close sales, achieve targets, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy - Develop sales and marketing strategies, penetrate new markets, and source new business opportunities.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis - Stay updated on market trends, analyze competitors, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Project & Proposal Management - Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations while ensuring smooth project execution to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Execution - Promote the company's portfolio, identify and execute new projects, and collaborate with customers to ensure timely project completion while meeting management's sales and growth targets.
The Talent:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in construction or engineering industry
  • Diploma/Degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline
