- Lead the development and execution of the email marketing programs, including audience, program creation, testing, scheduling and deployment, with ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the setup, timely delivery, and specification compliance of creative and digital assets (e.g., emails, forms, landing pages,) for activation.
- Initiate campaign/program kick-off sessions with internal contributors and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate naming conventions and UTM parameters for Marketo programs and assets, ensuring consistency and ease of reporting.
- Monitor campaign delivery timelines, escalating blockers or delays as needed.
- Provide regular status reports on campaign/program progress, tracking against deadlines, and perform ad hoc data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with other teams including the paid media team, the data team and the Digital Analytics teams to ensure multi-channel program delivery.
- Manage requests submitted by the Marketing team through Monday.com (workflow management tool).
- Work with the Marketing and Digital Marketing team to document learnings from programs/campaigns.
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of all the Digital Marketing activities and programs for the Money20/20 Asia brand supporting the regional Marketing team
- Translating strategic plans into operational workstreams
- Ensuring risk is mitigated and communicated to stakeholders
- Marketo expertise is essential, with a Marketo Certification being highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage.
- Extensive, proven experience in digital marketing operations and automation.
- Strong background in building B2B audiences in Marketo, utilizing advanced and complex filters at both the company and individual levels.
- Expertise in developing templated email programs and scaling activities through targeted audience segmentation. Skilled in Marketo email campaign reporting and creating precise, targeted lists for telesales teams.
- Broad exposure to a variety of marketing tactics, including emails (mandatory), webinars, and trade shows.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong operational capabilities, with a project management mindset to oversee several initiatives concurrently. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com is essential.
