- Delivering future-oriented HCM product roadmap briefings to customers, partners and regional Oracle personnel
- Collecting and prioritizing regional HCM product requirements
- You should be an HCM domain expert for HCM Cloud services and understand how HCM integrates with other Oracle Applications.
- Through extensive work with customers, you'll have a detailed knowledge of how customers implement HCM processes.
- You'll be educated to at least degree level preferably with a masters degree in HR with proven experience of enterprise software, including HCM, and have managerial experience
- You should have an excellent understanding of the software applications development cycle, preferably through working within development or a related discipline
- You should have a professional certification for HR with a successful track record in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and have a deep understanding of best practice processes in relation to fundamental design concepts.
- You will be a highly credible functional expert capable of establishing relationships with many highly technical teams
- You will be able to understand current and future technology and to identify opportunities for its use to benefit customers through discussions with developers
- You'll have the management and leadership skills to guide your team to deliver high quality input to fast-moving Fusion projects, as well as providing ongoing support to Oracle's HCM customers
- You will have proven repeated success in outbound-oriented, customer-facing roles
- You will have proven expertise in (and an affinity for) sales performance management and forecasting
