As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own business within our company, acting as the crucial link between top talent and growing organisations. Your role is all about building relationships, understanding the ambitions of both clients and candidates, and ensuring the perfect match.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and acquire new business by networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees with clients.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional service.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identifying top talent using various sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job roles.
- Manage end to end recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation to candidates.
