Key Responsibilities

Business Planning and Analysis:

  • Oversee the end-to-end operationalisation of business planning activities for Programme Centres and business functions.
  • Analyse business performance and data to identify trends, flag potential issues, and recommend actionable improvements to support management decisions.
  • Ensure alignment of business processes with governance requirements, and manage the timely approval and resolution of Work Assignments.
  • Monitor and report non-compliances with governance requirements, proposing management interventions where necessary.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Process Improvement And Data Analytics

  • Assist the team supervisor in streamlining workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics to address cross-domain business challenges and strengthen data-driven resource planning and decision making processes.
  • A degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong interest in business analytics.
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large datasets with precision and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presenting findings.
  • A curious mindset and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
