CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
1. Job descriptions:
• Monitor and ensure that customer service standards and service levels are met or exceeded.
• Schedule shifts and manage team performance.

2. Job requirements:
• A high school diploma is required, although a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field can be preferred.
• 7-10 years leadership experiences in wholesale business or senior executive role, gained from working your way up the corporate ladder through various roles and jobs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented mind-sets with problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
