We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operation Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our travel services. Your responsibilities will include VISA service, coordinating bookings, reservations, transportation arrangements, and itinerary optimization.   • Coordinate and manage travel operations, including VISA services, bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and transportation services to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
  • Optimize itineraries to maximize customer satisfaction and provide personalized travel experiences.
  • Handle all aspects of destination exploring, including researching attractions, activities, and cultural experiences.
  • Prepare and present travel plans, quotations, and itineraries to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in inbound travel services.
  • Excellent command of the Chinese language (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in travel booking systems, Microsoft Office, and online research.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and cultural practices.
