  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

· Oversees architectural teams in project-in-charge.

· Develop concept design into schematic designs.

· Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing.

· Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues.

- Coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues.

· Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances.

· Reviews shop drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etc.

· Liaises with design team on design, coordination issues.

· Supervising the contractors to ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

· Coordinates Testing & Commissioning, Completion and Handover of the project.

· Oversees and monitor progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues.

· Establish requirements of Site Office Operations by the contractor.

Qualifications:

· Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture.

· Possesses 4 years of relevant experience in architectural practice either in an Architectural Office or Project Site.

· Knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.

· Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations, zoning laws, and construction practices is crucial.

· Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programs such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft.
