
URGENT: M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor - 5 DAYS WORK
Job Scope
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for M&E works
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of bids
- Manage and monitor M&E subcontractor accounts and variations
- Provide cost control and reporting for M&E elements of construction projects
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project delivery within budget
- Identify potential cost savings and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with the preparation of final accounts and settlement of claims
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Min 2+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on M&E works
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with the local construction industry and regulatory environment
