- Manage opening and closing duties, including cash handling, register balancing, and preparing the store for the next shift.

- Assist in managing stock levels, placing orders, and receiving deliveries to ensure that the café is properly stocked with necessary supplies.

- Organize and manage the stockroom, ensuring all supplies are stored correctly and in an accessible manner.
Sales & Financial Support:
- Help the Store Manager meet sales goals by identifying opportunities for growth, increasing customer engagement, and promoting café offerings.
- Assist in managing cash flow, including handling financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Track performance metrics (sales, inventory levels, customer feedback) and assist in making adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.
Quality Control & Standards:
- Ensure that all products, especially coffee and food items, are prepared according to the café’s standards.
- Regularly check for quality control, cleanliness, and product consistency.
