The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support for Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application, ensuring smooth operation, data integrity, and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle FCCS application, resolving technical issues, and performing root cause analysis.
2. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
3. Develop, test, and implement new features, reports, and dashboards in Oracle FCCS.
4. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure data integrity and system performance.
5. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for Oracle FCCS.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Stay up-to-date with Oracle FCCS releases, patches, and new features, applying knowledge to improve system performance and functionality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oracle FCCS techno-functional support, implementation, or development.
3. Strong understanding of Oracle FCCS architecture, data structures, and functionality.
4. Experience with Oracle FCCS reporting, data analysis, and data visualization.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, or other Oracle financial applications.
2. Knowledge of data integration tools, such as FDMEE, ODI, or Oracle Data Integrator.
3. Certification in Oracle FCCS or related technologies.
