  • Position: Admin Assistant (VESSELS-MARINE/SHIPPING)
  • Location: Near Farrer Park MRT
  • Working hours: 5 days (Monday- Friday /9.00am-6.00pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 Basic + AWS + Performance bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: SHIP BROKERING SERVICES

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for company system
  • Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate
  • Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers’ inquiries for any payment related matters
  • Handle petty cash and monthly staff expenses claim
  • Handle simple translation from Chinese into English for monthly report
  • Answer phone calls and other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Arrange lunch or dinner appointment (finding restaurant and make reservation)
  • Prepare monthly report
  • Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to use Microsoft office, ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have good communication skills, adaptability, coordination skills and good teamwork
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
