Job Scope:

  • HOD for Singapore local operations and involved in HR regional projects (Local & Germany).
  • To execute HR Employee Welfare projects, culture booster & initiatives
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the respective markets.
  • Partner with business senior leadership in supporting workforce planning, talent acquistion, and employee engagement.
  • Implement compliant and consistent HR policies and programs
  • Lead talent development strategies, including training and leadership development programs.
  • Support business leaders in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Lead regional HR projects and change management

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience – candidates with experience in regional HR roles are highly encouraged to apply
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG & crossed different industry will be added advantage
