Job Scope:
- HOD for Singapore local operations and involved in HR regional projects (Local & Germany).
- To execute HR Employee Welfare projects, culture booster & initiatives
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the respective markets.
- Partner with business senior leadership in supporting workforce planning, talent acquistion, and employee engagement.
- Implement compliant and consistent HR policies and programs
- Lead talent development strategies, including training and leadership development programs.
- Support business leaders in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Lead regional HR projects and change management
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience – candidates with experience in regional HR roles are highly encouraged to apply
- Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG & crossed different industry will be added advantage
