Responsibilities :-

  • Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
  • Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architects.
  • Prepare and analyze cost comparison
  • Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
  • Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
  • Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
  • Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
  • Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontractors

Requirement :-

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
  • 3 years related working experience
